Kieren Gilbert (He/Him) is an Associate Marriage Family Therapist at California Counseling Clinics specializing in an eclectic blend of Humanistic Therapy approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. This integration has allowed him to tailor interventions to empower clients with the tools to become the best versions of themselves.
