  • David Liang, M.A.

    David Liang, M.A., is a clinical psychology extern at California Counseling Clinics gaining supervised clinical experience. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant University. David specializes in narrative and process-oriented therapies and enjoys incorporating creativity, self-expression, and storytelling into clinical practice. In addition to CBT and ACT approaches, he also integrates biofeedback and psychoeducation to help clients better understand how therapeutic skills can support physiological and emotional change. David has experience providing intakes, individual counseling, and group therapy in addiction treatment settings, as well as working with clients with mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns. His research interests include emotion regulation, social support, health, and the role of stories and self-expression in healing.
