Claire is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at California Counseling Clinics. She believes that everyone can benefit from therapy. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their goals. She employs an integrated approach that incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, compassion-focused techniques, and mindfulness. As a trauma-informed therapist, she understands how trauma can impact individuals and their relationships. She employs a non-judgmental, kind, and confidential approach in her communication to facilitate powerful healing.
