Natalie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Somatic Psychotherapy. She has experience working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma. She has worked for a residential treatment program, intensive outpatient treatment program and in-home wraparound team. She’s provided therapy for individuals, adolescents, and families. She believes in meeting the client where they are in their life journey, guiding them to uncover strengths within and working together to heal.
