Dr. Annika holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, completed her pre- and postdoctoral residency at Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services (IMCES), and has additional training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.  Dr. Annika specializes in working with people with anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders and substance use disorders. Before starting her career in the States, she worked in Estonia as the head of the psychology department in a county psychiatry clinic in Viljandi, and completed a 7-year group therapy training with Moreno Centre in Tallinn. She has worked in mental health settings over 20 years as a therapist, supervisor, researcher, trainer and mentor.
